AJD Fitness Started in a Garage where clients would train with limited equipment because it was the only place they felt comfortable. 

We wanted our clients to have a better experience with access to better procedures and more equipment. Therefore we chose a small private space where we could keep all the same values as the garage.

Being in a retail space may come across to people as "commercial" but when you are inside of the studio yourself, you will see how we stand out from the crowd.
