Bring Your Little One Along: We can make our space available for you to bring your baby along while you train. Just let us know at sign up, and we’ll help set up a comfortable spot for your little one during your session.

Extended PT Sessions: We offer extended 60 minute personal training sessions (instead of the usual 45 minutes) for parents, giving you extra time and flexibility if your baby needs attention during your workout.

Judgement-Free Adjustments: We know babies set their own schedules, so you won’t be penalised for needing to shift your training.

Hi, I’m Adam

I have been told a few times that I wasn’t what people were expecting when they saw we offer pre/post natal coaching, so here is my story

My sister has had three girls over the past five years, and seeing the challenges she experienced inspired me to learn how I could better support women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I completed a six-month pre and postnatal training course, and that journey has led me here today.

While I can’t personally relate to exactly how you’re feeling, I can assure you that I’ve invested extra time into education and evidence-based training to provide the safest and most supportive experience possible. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered as you rebuild strength and reconnect with your body after pregnancy.

I have now supported over 20 women in the past year strengthen their body before falling pregnant, stay strong during all 3 trimesters and re building strength to adapt to all the awkward picking up and carrying around that comes with motherhood

I look forward to supporting you through every step of your journey.
