To become a member of AJD Fitness Gym, you must complete training sessions with an AJD Coach.
The number and duration of these sessions vary based on individual progress and the coach's assessment of your ability to train confidently and safely on your own.

Casual gym use is available exclusively to active AJD clients.

To maintain the privacy and exclusivity of our gym space, we use a booking system.
Members: You can book your spot up to 7 days in advance through our app.
Casual Members: You can book your spot up to 48 hours in advance via our admin team.

At any given time, there will be a maximum of 3 members using the space.
All members will have experience training with an AJD Coach.

You will be booking yourself into a designated 1-hour time slot. Please ensure you enter and leave within that time slot as other members will be using the space after you.

You will not be locked into any contracts.
However, we do require a 2-week notice to cancel any membership. Please contact the AJD Administration team for cancellation.

All members will have an induction session where you will be shown how to navigate the space and equipment. Additionally, AJD Coaches will be available to assist when their 1-on-1 sessions are canceled.

You will receive an email with a code for your qualified amount based on your membership on the 28th of each month. This coupon must be used by the 28th of the following month before it expires. It can be redeemed for any supplements at AJD Supps.
