How it works

  1. Step 1: Book a free consult at a time that suits you (even outside “regular” hours)

    • Step 2: Get paired with a coach who understands shift work demands

    • Step 3: Access flexible session times—swap between in-person and online as needed

    • Step 4: Receive ongoing support with training, nutrition, and accountability

  • Payments are processed via weekly direct debit.

  • Absolutely! We can customise your training week to fit your preferences.

  • Sit tight! One of our coaches will respond to your message or give you a call within 24 hours to provide more information.

  • Once you decide to sign up for Personal Training, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire about your current goals, training history, preferences, and more.

    Upon receiving your responses, we'll craft your program and make adjustments as needed to ensure it meets your needs.

  • AJD Fitness operates with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancelling within this timeframe will result in payment for the full session. If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will happily reschedule your session to another suitable time.

    For cancelling all services, we require a 2-week notice. Simply inform one of our coaches, and we'll handle the rest for you.
