Payments are processed via weekly direct debit.

Once you decide to sign up for Personal Training, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire about your current goals, training history, preferences, and more.
Upon receiving your responses, we'll craft your program and make adjustments as needed to ensure it meets your needs. -
AJD Fitness operates with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancelling within this timeframe will result in payment for the full session. If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will happily reschedule your session to another suitable time.
For cancelling all services, we require a 2-week notice. Simply inform one of our coaches, and we'll handle the rest for you.
