That’s okay!!
To ensure you stay safe and get the most out of our group classes, all non-members are required to complete our 2-Session Intro Pack before joining classes.
Because group classes don’t provide the same level of one-on-one attention as personal training, we have a responsibility to make sure you’re confident, prepared, and able to perform exercises safely and effectively.
Across these two sessions, we’ll take you through 16 essential exercises and movement patterns that you’ll use throughout your group class journey, helping you feel comfortable, capable, and ready to train.
