What’s Included

    Get up close and personal with your coach on the training floor. 45 minutes will be dedicated to improving your form, technique and overall confidence.

    Resistance training programs that are created specifically for your current strength ability, goals and lifestyle.

NUTRITION COACHING:

Get expert nutrition coaching with our AJD Sports Nutritionist when you’re a face to face client

You will already receive basic nutrition coaching as a face to face client, however this service goes beyond that. If you are looking to enter a body fat diet, muscle building phase, or nutrition lifestyle restructure this service is for you.

This service has everything you will need for us to help you get towards your goals. We have registered sports nutritionist that will be brought on your team, people who have years of educations and experience to ensure we can guarantee your results

This service is designed to be short term, speed up your progress, and then no longer required

  • Payments are processed via weekly direct debit.

  • Absolutely! We can customise your training week to fit your preferences.

  • Sit tight! One of our coaches will respond to your message or give you a call within 24 hours to provide more information.

  • Once you decide to sign up for Personal Training, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire about your current goals, training history, preferences, and more.

    Upon receiving your responses, we'll craft your program and make adjustments as needed to ensure it meets your needs.

  • AJD Fitness operates with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancelling within this timeframe will result in payment for the full session. If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will happily reschedule your session to another suitable time.

    For cancelling all services, we require a 2-week notice. Simply inform one of our coaches, and we'll handle the rest for you.
